How much do I pay to play?

We charge $14 per child, ages 6 months to 7 years old. Children under 1 year old are free with the purchase of a pass for an older sibling. Adults are always free.
We have a baby zone for littles under 24 months, so even non-crawlers can enjoy safe play!

Question 2

Do I have to make a reservation?

Accepted Answer

No, reservations are not required — walk-ins are welcome.
That said, we highly recommend making a reservation for any visit. Reservations help us plan staffing and provide the best experience for our guests. If we have no reservations scheduled for the late afternoon, we may close early.
Our play sessions are two hours long and run in 30-minute intervals.

Question 3

I have multiple children; do I have to pay the same rate for all of them?

You don’t need to! We offer a Discounted Pack of Play Passes or unlimited Open Play included in our Memberships, ideal for families who want to SAVE.

Question 4

I have a child that’s older than 7. Can they come too?

Accepted Answer

Of course! We welcome children that are outside of our play area age group. While not permitted to use any of our play equipment themselves (no exceptions) they can help a younger friend or sibling play. Often older children enjoy the imaginative play as well! We just ask that they are kind and mindful around the younger kids and be good leaders by following rules (no running, no throwing, no rough housing etc.). If they abuse the play equipment, however, we will ask them to exit the play area and instead sit in the lounge. We also have some toys/games set aside for use in the café area.

Is parking available?

Yes, we have parking available on-site. Additionally, we provide ADA parking with a ramp for accessibility purposes.

Question 6

Will kids or parents have to take off their shoes?

Accepted Answer

Our play area is strictly SOCKS ONLY. No shoes, no bare feet! Grips socks are required for all children. But don't worry if you forget, we offer Funtown Play Cafe non-slip socks for $3. For our friends with different abilities who require the use of a stroller or wheeled device, we will clean your wheels before entering the play area.

I’m breastfeeding, will you have accommodations for me?

We encourage you to feed your child wherever and however you feel comfortable, but please ask if you would like more privacy.

Question 8

Can I use my friend’s membership card, or give mine to a friend to use?

Accepted Answer

No. Memberships MUST be used within an immediate family ONLY. You may not allow other families to use your passes at any time, even if they are visiting with you. They will need to fill out their own agreement and purchase whichever pass they like.

Do you accept cash & cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept cash and all major cards, including American Express, and we also conveniently accept Apple Pay. We do not accept personal checks.
Please note: All card transactions will incur a 3% transaction fee.

Question 10

Can I bring my own food?

Accepted Answer

No outside food or drinks may be brought into the play space or café. However, we offer a menu featuring panini sandwiches, baked goods, pre-packaged snacks, and a variety of coffee drinks. You are welcome to bring a water bottle, sippy cup, and baby food. Additionally, we have a microwave available if you need to heat it up.

Do you offer private party rentals?

Yes! All of our parties are private rentals, meaning it will be just you and your guests. Learn more and book your event in PARTY section.

Question 12

Besides our 10-Day Passes and Memberships, do you offer discounted play options?

Accepted Answer

We do! Our Last Hour Play is available Monday–Friday from 5:00–6:00pm for $10 per child.
